Jadi mulai sekarang lakukan latihan beban secara teratur, perhatikan nutrisi yang kamu konsumsi seperti hindari makanan berlemak perbanyak makanan yang mengandung protein tinggi, dan yang paling penting lagi dalam sehari tidur harus 8 jam. Tidak boleh begadang lagi yaa.. ingat, untuk mendapatkan sesuatu harus ada pengorbanannya ok!!
